Because I am Bantu

“Because I am Bantu” is a well researched piece on leadership. It weaves moral, religious and political aptitude into a guide for upcoming political, corporate and family leaders. It equates all of these leadership roles as being of the same status and requires acting with fairness and justice and treating all persons they lead equally. It argues that leaders should be guided by a sense of humility, justice and respect for all persons because of the fear and respect for God from who all authority and power comes.
